As it so often does, I’ve learned that life often has its way of catching up with one …. funny how that can happen to all of us isn’t it? I can almost see you nod your head saying, yes it got me too.

My quest started when faced with my own health crisis and literally my own ‘mortality’.  And yes, you bet it was a scary place to be!  Toss in a horrendous divorce and starting over with pretty much nothing in mid my mid fifties … well what can I say but … those were ‘interesting’ times!  LOL and if that isn’t the understatement of the year ….!

As a Spiritual being and Esotericist, I truly believe that lifes most challenging times provide one with the greatest opportunity for growth and evolvement … I will tell you very clearly that I have grown … I have evolved … and I am so wonderfully free, living from my heart with joy and peace.  I am truly blessed and thank God each day for the blessings in my life.

On my own personal journey back to optimal health and wellness, I realized that most people in the general public were unaware of the ravages that the stressors of life can do to us, deep in our bodies at the cellular level, only realizing and recognizing problems, often when they are too advanced to implement effective treatments and resulting “cures”.  Most people have no idea where to go for help and what supplements and products to take to give them the best possible outcomes in restoring their health and vitality.
